Duties
and responsibilities:
I'm the Athletic Director at AHS. In addition,
I also coach track and help teach the student athletic-training
class.
Schooling/Family:
I received my B.A. in English, with highest
honors, from U.C. Berkeley in 1981. In 1986, I received my J.D.
from Boalt Hall at U.C. Berkeley, and in 1988 I received my
teaching credential from Cal State Dominguez Hills..
Hobbies/Interest:
My interests include Aptos sports, reading books, going to
the movies, personal fitness, and spending time with my family.
Our athletic program is the largest athletic program in the
county. Aptos High School offers more teams to more students
than any other high school or college in the area. We offer
our students fifty-four teams in twenty-six different interscholastic
sports. We have over one-hundred coaches and one-thousand
student athletes, and we participate in over 750 athletic
