Transfers to AHS

Intra-District Transfers

Intra-District Transfers

(from WHS or PVHS) 

  • Students currently at AJHS on approved intra-district transfers are already approved for AHS and will be matriculated into AHS as all other AJHS students.
  • For non-AJHS students - completed applications were due by the PVUSD “Open Enrollment” date of Dec 15, 2011 to school or district office.  AHS/PVUSD notifies families of approval or denial by mid March if possible.
  • District conducts a lottery of the waiting list if space is available for students who applied after the Open Enrollment date.
  • AHS Students who are guests on intra/inter-District transfers must maintain good standing to continue yearly at AHS.

  • Same Open Enrollment date applies
  • Application requires signature of home district
  • Considered after intra-district applications
  • Applications available at PVUSD District Office (Human Resources)
