Informal discussion regarding officer appointments tabled until next meeting.

Jake Russo nominated as secretary.

Gene Burke and Rosario Weckler present as guests.

Status of 3 rd parent member given. Ballot going out with next newsletter. Parents will vote and ballots will be returned to tutorial teachers.

Steve Pegg review last year's CaSHEE and STAR testing results and our new API rating. Data broken down along demographic lines via PowerPoint presentation.

Discussion ensued about testing driving instruction.

Gene Burke brought up the issue of parent volunteers providing tutoring services, etc.

Stacy Aronovichi nominated as vice chairperson.

Lisa Bishop nominated as chairperson.

Steve Pegg asked for help with volunteer staffing at the North Zone Monte Foundation Booth.
