This group is the advanced vocal group at Aptos High School. Students will pursue their vocal skills, explore choral repertoire and be exposed to a variety of performance opportunities. Students may also audition for Chamber Singers, a select group of 24 singers the first two weeks of fall semester. Both groups perform many community concerts for the holiday season and in the spring, the main focus is the choral department's festival season, incorporating classical repertoire, spirituals, and popular genre. Performances at concerts and rehearsals are REQUIRED. May be repeated for credit. Material fee of $20.00 is requested.
