G.S.A Updates!

· Mission Statement: Our objective is to work towards ending homophobia and all forms of intolerance in our school and to make our campus a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment for all students, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity.

· What we Do: The GSA is a safe place for students to meet, support each other, talk about issues related to sexual orientation, and work to end homophobia. Students’ freedom to be who they are is respected by the GSA. Sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion, national origin, and physical capabilities are all parts of who students are, and their freedom to be an individual is respected in our club

ü Video Time! Although there is a lot of work ahead of us, we have decided that we, as GSA, want to make an informative video. The video will include promotional and informative motives.

Meetings in Ms. Palmer’s Room During Wed. & Thurs. Tutorial!

ü Teddy will talk to the Drama Teacher after Nov. 17^th due to her upcoming play.

ü Some members feel that there is a lack of organization occurring and hopefully this can be fixed through new officers and more unity in our club.

ü CAYDEN IS BRINGING SNACKS NEXT WEEK! :]

ü Ashlyn will create agenda based on what we will discuss next week : )
